Think in journeys, not screens
A prospective member may first discover an article, register for an event, and only later decide to join. Each step should use consistent language and make the next action easy to understand.
Keep useful services close
After joining, members need reasons to return: upcoming events, useful documents, learning content, and a way to keep their business information current. Design the portal around those tasks.
Give staff the same context
When the member experience and staff records are connected, the team can answer questions with more context. Begin by mapping the most common member questions to the records and content needed to answer them.
